Bow Back Sweater In Blue Mountain!

Similar Jacket / Sweater / Similar Skirt / Boots (suede version) / Similar Leather Boot / Watch / Earrings /

Happy Monday friends,

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekends. Todays look is another one of my outfits from Blue Mountain, and I think it’s one of my favourite outfits I’ve ever shared! I love pairing cozy sweaters and booties with skirts while the weather is still mild enough to get away with it. I picked up this sweater at Zara a few weeks ago and fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on. Its sooooo silky soft and comfy, it feels like your wearing a cloud! My skirt is an old Smart Set find but Nordstrom has some really good leather skirt options right now, and I’ve linked one of my favourites below!

Happy first week of September everyone!

We are officially in the ‘ber’ months, which means fall has almost arrived! The weather is already feeling like fall here so I’ve broken out all my cozy sweaters and scarves. I wore this outfit last week and it was perfect because the temperatures were warm but we had a crisp breeze blowing though, which kept me from over heating in this sweater lol!

If you guys followed my blog last fall I was crazy for button front skirts, and this year is no exception. I found this one at the GAP and had to buy it, the colour is perfect for fall and I love that its corduroy. It gives me all the nostalgic feels from when I would wear corduroy overall dresses as a kid. I picked up this sweater from the GAP too because I loved the neckline detail, you can wear if off the one shoulder or as a boatneck, it looks cute either way!

Happy August guys!

Peter and I are home from our little vacation and back on the work grind this morning. I planned for this post to go up on Monday but I wasn’t able to find any Wifi where we stayed, I even went into town to see if I could find any coffee shops or restaurants with Wifi but no such luck! We ended up in a very small cottage country town, with not much around besides a Home Hardware (that served ice cream!) and a Chip Wagon on the side of the road.

So today is the day I get to share this cute wrap top from Banana Republic that I picked up a couple weeks ago! I wore it to grab ice cream in “town” on Sunday afternoon and it was perfect. The weather was hot and windy so I’m glad I opted for a light weight sleeveless top, I also bought it in another pattern as well that I’ll be putting up on the blog soon. I love that they’re so easy to dress up or down, throw a blazer over it and wear with dress pants to an office, or pair with jeans like I did here for a lunch date or trip to the mall!

Good morning!

I’m writing you guys from my bed this morning since Peter and I stayed up super late last night shopping and packing for our camping trip this Friday. I’m extra tired right now but I’m trying to snap myself out of it because I have a lot on my to-do list today!

Anyways, I recently found this adorable floral dress and thought it would be perfect for summer events, birthdays, baby showers, that kind of thing, so I grabbed it as soon as a saw it in stores. Except I loved it so much I wanted to wear it now, so I dressed it down with a jean jacket and booties to show the versatility. I’m really loving booties this year, as long as they are a light coloured suede (or faux suede) you can definitly get away with them in the summer. They always give me a bit of that country feel when paired with a dress, I love it!
